At Crests & Arms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium home decor. If your purchase does not perfectly complement your space, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective materials and boxes to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous labels are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
